Faqqua Iris Table Cover
The Faqqua Iris, also known as the Royal Iris, is a wild flower that blooms on rocky hillsides in the dry Mediterranean heat, often in harsh conditions. Thus it is rarely cultivated. Growing upright, producing a single bloom, it wilts, standing upright. A poetic symbol for the resilience and beauty of a people and place that cannot be erased or forgotten. In this design, the iris takes centre stage in all its glory of purple hues, and olive greens.
